Synchronicities feels like home to my spirit. The cave is definitely worth integrating and investing into your weekly, self care budget. Everyone must experience the many benefits from a 45 minute session. The first session I went because my feet and ankles were so sore and swollen. After leaving the cave the pain in my ankles was gone and the next morning the swelling was gone. I can’t wait to continue these treatments at synchronicities and look forward to going weekly. Last thing is…My home has over a dozen salt lamps. I noticed a year ago how just one little light could uplift and elevate an entire space. My family began having immediate, noticeable healing results so I put them in every room.
